Group visit
Groups can choose to visit the museum on their own or book a guided tour.
Guided tours (about 1h30)
They are available every day, by reservation only, from the last weekend of March until 11 November included. A group is between 10 and 30 people. Above that number, the group is divided in two and each led by a guide. We can welcome a maximum of two guided visits at the same time, that is to say 50 people.
All along the visit of the castle of the Lords of Crépy-Nanteuil, the speaker presents the visitors the major rooms of the museum. Those dedicated to archery house a heritage unique in Europe and are a testimony of the diversity of archery practices in the world, from prehistory to today. The secular traditions of archery companies are also discussed. On the upper floor, the very fine collection of religious sculptures helps appreciate the patrimonial richness of the Valois.
The museum team is at your service and can, as far as possible, adapt the content of the visit.
